These ultrasonic quilting machines are produced by leading on chinese market manufacturer of machines made in ultrasonic technology - Changzhou Wan Shi Da Electric Manufacture Co., Ltd - the owner of CSB Trade Name - which is the most famous trade name in China regarding Ultrasonic Quilting Machine.
Ultrasonic quilting machines mean "sewing" without the most problematic elements of quilting field, as threads, shuttles, bobbins (cocoons), needles and so on...
On CSB ultrasonic quilting machines you can process all of thermoplastic or chemical fabrics which theoretically consist of natural yarns in 40% or less.
Desired pattern is "printed" on "quilted" fabrics by a special pattern roll - with adjusted speed - up to 8 m/min.
The average machine's working speed we can estimate on the level of 5-6 m/min - what gives a really powerful yield!
Together with our new machine you'll get a pattern roll ( with pattern chosen from pattern catalogue or the one designed directly by you ). Additionally - as a gift for you from CSB - you'll get the second pattern roll - with pattern as you order, as well ( chosen from catalogue or designed by you ). The delivery time is approximately up to 3 months since the order date ( and includes: up to 2 months - the manufacturing time, and one month of sea container transport - to an Europian main sea port ). However, if needed - in most cases the delivery time could be much shorter.
The narrow machines - more popular on Eastern markets - could be available immediately ( stay ready on the manufactory's stock ) - what makes possible that after 1 month of transportation the machine can stay in your factory- ready to go!
The estimated transport cost is up to 1000 USD per machine ( container transport to desired main port in Europe ).
