These quilting machines are basically produced in 3 versions - which differ in size of maximal quilting field, way of frame and sewing head movement, and size of floor surface needed for machine's installation ( working surface ).

BEST - 3 - the quilting machines with immovable ( stationary ) sewing head. The frame moves along the X axis ( left / right ) whilest the bridge with sewing head moves along Y axis ( forward / backward ). The cheapest solution however gives relatively big floor surface needed for machine's installation ( working surface 3,4 x 5,5m ). 

BEST - 6 - the sewing head installed on head-shaft is moving along the X axis ( left / right ). The frame moves forward and backward along the slideways longwise the Y axis. The machine has stationary head-bridge.

BEST - 8 - the sewing head installed on head-shaft is moving along the X axis ( left / right ), whilset the head bridge moves along Y.  The frame is immovable.  The machine is slightly more expensive than other models, however requires the smallest floor surface ( 3,6 x 3,9m only - for max quilting field 2,8 x 3,9m ))

All listed models are serially equipped with top thread break controller and installation for automatic oiling of sewing head. The drives of  BST-6 and BST-8  use servomotor engines.

Basic technical data:

·        working speed – 2000 stitches per minute

·        easily djustable stitch length: 2-8mm ( by software )

·        power supply:  220V, 50 Hz – single phase

·        power consumption: less than 2kW

·       the installation of automatic oiling needs compressed air of working pressure 3-5atm; in case of shortage of compressed air in your factory the installation of automatic oiling can be not installed. Then it is needed to oil the machine manually.

Delivery conditions:

The machines are manufactured on request. The manufacturing time - about 4 weeks. The time needed for container transport - 5 weeks. Total time of delivery - 2,5 - 3 months from the order.

Payment conditions:

50% downpayment, the balance before machine's departure from producer's manufactory.
